This policy explains how LuzMap.es processes personal data, uses cookies, and works with Google Analytics and Google AdSense.

Data we process
We may process IP addresses and technical information about the device, browser, pages viewed, usage events, cookie identifiers, consent preferences, and approximate location. If you contact us, we process the name, email address, and message you provide. LuzMap may request access to device location to show your area; your browser asks permission and lets you revoke it in its settings.
Purposes and legal bases
Strictly necessary technical data is processed to provide and protect the service, based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional site. Google Analytics is used for measurement and improvement only in accordance with your consent choices. Google AdSense uses data to display, limit, measure and, where authorised, personalise advertising. Enquiries are processed to answer your request and requested subscriptions on the basis of consent.
Google Analytics and Google AdSense
The site uses Google Analytics (ID G-8275X6NBC8) and Google AdSense (publisher ca-pub-6815730221963591). When these services load, the browser may send Google the visited URL, IP address, device information and identifiers. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ads, prevent fraud, limit repetition and, with consent, personalise ads based on prior visits.
Cookies and local storage
Strictly necessary technologies support security, operation and preference storage. Analytics, advertising measurement and personalisation technologies are enabled only according to the choice made through Google’s consent platform. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be processed by Google and advertising providers listed in the consent platform, as well as technical hosting, infrastructure and email providers—including Resend for the contact form—where necessary. Some providers may process data outside the EEA using adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR-recognised safeguards.
Retention
Technical data is retained only as needed for security and operation under provider settings. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to configured options and each provider’s policies. Contact messages are kept while responding and afterwards only as needed for possible legal claims. Consent choices are retained until they expire or you change them.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or the supervisory authority in your country, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
